Delivery Policy

At, delivery is free for orders over 30 Euros (including VAT) unless otherwise specified. offers delivery on all orders unless otherwise specified to any address in Malta only (Gozo not included).

For shipping outside of Malta kindly contact us using the online Contact Form.

Deliveries to address in Gozo may be arranged by communication directly with the customer either by calling numbers or the online Contact Form.

Orders are usually delivered on Saturday between 0700 and 1900 hours, other times may be available, and if so, the customer will be contacted to arrange delivery times. We aim to arrange delivery of all ‘in stock’ items within the next 3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that your goods may be delivered in multiple deliveries if you order more than one product. The current stock status is approximate and some items may be unavailable. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We will inform you immediately in this event.

Furthermore, please note that for orders placed during festive seasons / public holidays / weekends and/or special offers, deliveries may require more than one week. We will try to deliver the goods to you within the time estimated for delivery. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to deliver them within 30 days beginning with the next business day after you have purchased the product/s.

If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within 30 days beginning with the next business day after you have purchased the product/s:

  • we shall inform you by e-mail;
  • we shall make a further offer to you by e-mail to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the e-mail and will state the period for which the offer or the price remains valid;
  • unless you accept the offer we will reimburse any sum paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation to the agreement within a period of 30 days beginning with the next business day after the day on which the time for delivery expired.

Goods will be sent to the address indicated by you in your order and confirmed in the order confirmation. If you’re not at home, the courier may post a note in your letter box giving you details of how to arrange a new delivery date and contact you on the phone number provided with your order. In cases of deemed abuse of our free delivery and collection service, MA Services reserves the right to impose reasonable charges for such services. 

All deliveries must be signed for and will be released only upon presentation of ID Card. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods for warranty purposes.  You should note that our carrier requires immediate notice to be given of any loss or damage to goods and you should inspect the goods upon receipt and report any loss or damage to the carrier immediately. In respect of any damage to goods reported to us after delivery we shall require proof from you that the goods were damaged before receipt by you.
